A new clip from the upcoming Disney+ mini series “Secret Invasion” was released online Thursday, and in addition to the espionage-related paranoia and suspicion featured in the clip itself, it also gave fans a chance to do some spycraft of their own just to watch the thing.
The clip — what feels like an entire scene from the show, featuring Martin Freeeman as ex-CIA agent Everett Ross — wasn’t posted to YouTube or on Twitter. Instead, Marvel Studios’ official Twitter account asked fans to decipher a mystery board that revealed a password to the site “theinvasionhasbegun.com,” allowing them to unlock an “encrypted” file on the site.

Each of the Beatles had children, and, as with many celebrities, they found careers similar to their parents. While some have found success in other industries — notably fashion and photography — many of the Beatles’ children also became musicians. Here are the Beatles children who followed in their fathers’ footsteps.

John Lennon’s first child, and the firstborn Beatles child, Julian Lennon, began his music career in 1984, not long after his father’s death. His debut album, Valotte, found great success and earned him a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 1985.
Julian released several other albums, though Valotte remains his most successful. Like his father, he primarily sticks to the rock genre. He also tackled one of Lennon’s most famous songs in 2022. He had initially vowed to never cover “Imagine,” but with the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, he...

Production is underway on the Team Unicorn Saturday Action Fun Hour! pilot for Adult Swim. Penned by Dan Milano (Greg The Bunny) and inspired by the Team Unicorn cartoons, the pilot is described as a modern twist on Saturday morning-style cartoon/live-action hybrid shows, but for adults. It follows the adventures of the four mythical heroines who masquerade as human girls. Danger Maiden Prods’ Clare Grant and Rileah Vanderbilt executive produce and star alongside original Team Unicorn member Milynn Sarley (How I Met Your Mother) and Alison Haislip (Attack Of The Show) as both Team Unicorn and their cartoon counterparts. Jane Lynch (Glee, Hollywood Game Night) voices the villainous Dark Puba; Alan Tudyk (Suburgatory) voices her sidekick, Chummy Cherub; Tara Strong (The Fairly OddParents) voices Billy, the boy with the ability to summon Team Unicorn; and Kevin Shinick (Mad) is the show’s announcer. Robot Chicken creators Seth Green and...

Playing around with lightsabers has always been fun! Back in the day my friends and I would go out and film our own lightsaber fight sequences that GeekTyrant's Free Reyes would edit together. Then he would painstakingly make our toy lightsabers real, one frame at a time.
Nerdist has filmed a few fun lightsaber duels over the years, and they've released another fun short called "Revenge of the Threesome." In the middle of shooting a Star Wars action figure commercial, the three women who are playing with the toys behind-the-scenes end up getting into a crazy lightsaber battle.
"In an epic follow-up to Saber II, Nerdist presents Saber III: Revenge of the Threesome! Brace yourself for a next level 80's Star Wars lightsaber duel between Clare Grant, Rileah Vanderbilt and Alison Haislip."
Their Saber II video came out last year and is called "Sexy Jedi Bubblebath." In case you missed it,...

Comic Con hasn’t been strictly superheroes in a long, long time. We have scoured the schedule for this year’s event and have pulled out the dark, the bloody, the monstrous, and the ghostly panels that look to be right up FEARnet readers’s alley.
Paranormal Passion Panel
Authors discuss the inclusion of romantic elements in their action-packed novels. Protagonists must battle the forces of evil while trying to keep the world (and often their lovers) safe from destruction. Maryelizabeth Hart of Mysterious Galaxy leads a discussion with Comic-Con special guest Christine Feehan (The Dark Series), Claudia Gray (Spellcaster), Aprilynne Pike (Earthbound), Lauren Kate (The Fallen Novels), Kendare Blake (Antigoddess), and Magnus Flyte (City of Dark Magic).

It’s May the Fourth! And you know what that means. Happy Star Wars Day! Because today’s date has homophonic similarities with one of the most famous lines in George Lucas’s epic space opera, geeks, nerds, and other denizens of the internet have made it a 24-hour period in which they pay tribute to Ewoks and Wookies, X-Wings and Death Stars, and everything in between. CollegeHumor, for instance, is encouraging the web to check out its best Star Wars-related content, like the Webby Award-winning Simon Pegg and Nick Frost interpretation of a convo between droids, the Galactic Empire’s version of Jay-z’s New York, and installments of its original web series about life from the vantage point of just another clone in the Imperial army, Troopers. The Nerdist, meanwhile, is debuting a sequel to an online video from a few years back that may be the definition of viral video fodder.
