Georgia director Jason Winn premiered his new short film, the latest in the Paula Peril series, at Comic-Con this weekend. Winn first won notice on the film festival circuit with his Vietnam drama Last Bullet, a narrative short, and made big waves in the family market earlier this year with The Fat Boy Chronicles, which reached as high as #6 on the Redbox Family charts.
