- A man jumps into a car; he sees a woman sitting in the passenger's seat. He grabs her and pushes her head into his crotch.
- A woman is shown topless jumping into a pool. She gets out of the pool and is again seen topless walking behind a man sitting at a patio table. Front and side shots of her naked breasts are shown.
- A brief shower scene shows several of the inmates completely naked. Only their bare buttocks are shown.
- A man and woman are shown having sex. He pulls her bra off and a side shot of her breasts are seen. He is then shown laying on top of her, thrusting. The camera pans up and shows a side shot of the woman's breast. The camera pans out from a distance and shows the couple laying on a truck bed while he is still thrusting. No male nudity is shown, even though he is also naked.
- A woman is shown taking a shower; it shows her naked body through the frosted glass. Only blurry lines of her body and dark parts of her breasts can be seen. The scene is very brief.

- The Death Race originates with the Death Match, where inmates fight to the death with weapons and flamethrowers.
- There are bloody results after most of the deaths in the film.
