Season Two

I have yet to see the first season of this series but saw the second season, which is called 'Sora No Otoshimono Forte', on CrunchyRoll. The story follows Tomoki Sakurai and various 'angeloids' angel-like androids from world known as The Synapse. While there is a story involving the angeloids that live with Tomoki battling to protect him from those working for Synapse most episodes are intended to be comic rather than dramatic. These comic situations almost entirely revolve around Tomoki trying to see women undressed or trying to grab their breasts; his initial success is usually followed up by swift retribution though.

While there isn't actual nudity on show this is clearly a fan service show; no opportunity to show jiggling cleavage is missed and some of the costumes worn by the angeloids don't cover very much. This led to the series feeling a bit sleazy at times however some of the situations were genuinely amusing, the animation looked good and I liked the character designs. Talking of character designs they are frequently shown in 'chibi' form, in fact I think Tomoki is shown in this form more than his regular form!

If you are looking for something deep give this a miss but if you just want a basic plot and a few laughs then you could do worse. These comments are based on watching the series in Japanese with English subtitles.

Enjoyed. Great concept. Would watch again.

Great story. Lots of fun and action, but far more flying panties than I typically look for in my viewing list.

I had to rewrite my original, two-star review, because to be honest I'm fascinated by this show. The description leads you to believe that it's merely a juvenile retelling of "I Dream of Jeannie", but it's more than that. It's a crazy mix of soft-core porn, Disney Channel teen comedy, action show, and surprisingly touching drama. At times the main character, Tomoki, is merely a two-dimensional horny jerk: Major Heely, not Major Nelson, but his angeloids love him because he gives them what they've never had: a chance to experience friendship and love. The most poignant angeloid, Ikaros, is a weapon with intelligence and power but no emotion. The second angeloid, Nymph, has emotion and intelligence, but limited power. And the third angeloid, Astraea, has power and emotion, but no intelligence. They must all grow in different ways. I think it's worth giving this show a chance, but be warned. The episodes which focus on Tomoki's horniness are incredibly stupid! Stick to the ones about the angeloids, and I think you might find this a rewarding experience.

Great series for specific tastes

I was hesitant about starting down this series with it's label of an ecchi tag. However, this series is pretty good. In all honesty, it would probably turn off many, and draw in others. It's full of typical Japanese ecchi humor, which isn't bad if you're not a prude, a bit of a harem theme going but not in your face about it, and an overall feel-good story. It borders on sci-fi and fantasy, although that part of the story isn't fully explained. The focus of the series seems to be on the characters' interactions with the main character. There doesn't seem to be much background plot or direction to the story beyond these interactions. One thing I didn't like was that these interactions became a bit repetitive with each subsequent addition of a new character. The series only has 2 seasons, so it didn't get too drawn out like how extremely long series sometimes constantly reuse the same formula.

I would recommend this series if you want some laughs and aren't looking for something serious. You would like it even more, if you are into fan service, or are male. If you hate harem and ecchi themes, then you may want to avoid it. The series seemed to be made just for me, so I am giving it 9 stars.

A must watch anime

Despite the fact that this is a harem ecchi anime there is a lot more to it then meets the eye. This anime is one that can be watched over and over again it has really catchy opening and closing songs and lots of humor that will have you constantly laughing like crazy and rewinding it asking yourself "Did that really just happen" while they do show lots of boobs and butt you will quickly realize tomoki is much more then your typical high school pervert the only sad thing of the anime is that there isn't enough of it and it will quickly have you asking for more every character from tomoki to ikaros and even the sadistic mikako and the idiotic astraea will all have you falling in love with them before you know it as a starter anime this one is one that will get you hooked before you know it

Best Anime Ever

This is one of my favorite anime's I have ever seen! I have watched it and re-watched it about 5 times. I have seen Sora No Otoshimono (Season 1) and Sora No Otoshimono Forte (Season 2). This anime at the sad scenes made me cry because of the in depth details. I also cried when it ended. This was odd for me because I never had cried for a movie or show before. After I was done I recommended it to Three people and all of them now feel the same as me that this anime is the best. It was worth the two days of no sleep to watch and stuff (Not to mention skip work). All I am thinking about is I can not wait for the Movie to get subbed so I can watch the next piece to this series. I highly recommend that you watch this it has made me open my eye when it comes to quality of plot.

Anything of Value is Lost on Me

Why? People rate this as one of the greatest harem anime of all time. Surely something like this cannot possibly turn me away, given how much I love the harem genre as it IS the melting pot of anime.

I do not hate the story. I think the idea of a pseudo-Heaven spitting out hot cybernetic girls to make life interesting for us mortals is a really cool and original idea. The Angeloids themselves are great, the most interesting of them being the main one, Ikaros, whose past is locked away in the realm of amnesia to be slowly revealed as the show goes by. The eccentric nerd is pretty funny, as is his pseudo-love interest who I'm pretty sure has mob connections. The animation is BEAUTIFUL, being some of the most fluid and dynamic I've ever seen in an anime.

So why do I hate this show? Two words: Tomoki Sakurai. Oh my God, if all the annoyance in the world were to take human form, it wouldn't be NEARLY as annoying as this little perv. Seriously, that's more or less his entire character: he is a shameless, lecherous pervert who goes to excessive lengths to sneak peeks at girls' bosoms and panties, occasionally grabbing them and causing the girls much distress. He always preaches about how he "Just wants peace and quiet" and yet it's pretty obvious from his interactions with his smoking-hot neighbor that he's been like this forever, peeking at her and getting karate-chopped as a result. He is ALWAYS the one getting in the way of the peace and quiet he so desires and never makes any effort to get his life under control.

Look, I get that teenagers are notoriously horny, but nowhere NEAR Tomoki's hormone levels. The unbelievable amount of sex on Tomoki's mind combined with that grating voice of his make him eye-gougingly irritating whenever he's on screen.

AND HE'S THE FOCUS OF THE SHOW.

This is not a show about hot angelic girls coming down to Earth to shake up the status quo with action and sci-fi stuff due to turmoil in their home world. This is a show about how a pervy kid exploits advanced technology to spy on girls even though he has not one, not two, but no less than FOUR sexy women living within twenty feet of his house. He is scum and I hope to never hear of this series again.

Heaven's Lost property (Soro No Otoshimono) Is hilarious! Girl crazy Tokomi Sakurai life is turned , just when beautiful winged Angeloid Ikaros falls from the sky. and starts to call Tokomi "Master." As Angeloids are supposed to find their "Masters." As Ikaros says that Angeloids are supposed to serve all the purposes from their "Masters."Later as more Angeloids come there is Nymph who is also an Angeloid just like Ikaros.Tokomi who wants to live a normal and peaceful life also finds it difficult with his neighbor Sohara Mitsuki. Who also has a powerful Karate chop.Tokomi is a perv. For example , Tokomi asked Ikaros one to help him turn into a girl , so he could go into the girls shower room.On the last swim class day he turns into water to gape the girls boobies.

Other than that not a lot of nudity however , some partial nudity in the shower room scene not to much.Some Angeloid outfits are sexy and don't cover a lot some times.Live I stated Tokomi is a perv.The situations they get into are entertaining/amusing.I enjoyed how in some scenes the characters were "Chibi."Animation is good , and the Manga I really enjoyed it would watch again , and recomend to others Tv rating is TV-MA

Don't understand the 10/10 reviews as this is just average at best. The main male character is annoying and moronic and does nothing to help his situation. Anyone with any brains could figure out the simplest solution and resolution to the happenings in certain situations but it turns into a whole thing that could have easily been avoided and if the writers had any sense of direction, they could have elaborated and expanded some of this situations he gets involved in with more finesse and intelligence, all the while keeping the ecchi aspect and making this A LOT better. This could have been a so much better if the protagonist had an IQ over 80 and wasn't such a degenerate.

i watched both seasons and one movie and they were amazing. some people don't like it because of the ecchi (inappropriate scenes and all that stuff) but if you can over look that the story is really good and sad and everything.some of the scenes people just are like thats weird but its just an other thing that makes it great and funny. the humor is good and the story gets you really attached to the characters. wouldn't recommend this to people that can't handle ecchi scenes. the only bad thing is that the main character is almost always in a chibi form (which adds to the humor most of the time). really good really funny and just a good anime to watch.

It's just really about a pervy thinking teen boy who gets caught up with an angel in which she is suppose to be a "yes" girl to him. Yeah the English Dub cast are good but not the whole story unfortunately...
