Finally another good episode. This is pretty much just because we didn't get to see much of Erica's annoying self but had a great Dr. Tom episode again.
I liked to see him dealing with his relationship to his daughter, finding out more about her and realizing what her real problem was and why she left.
Unfortunately, instead of making it an episode to tell Erica that telling people how to live their life is not a good idea, they made it into "Let's Erica decide more" message. He even made it look as if her becoming the arrogant and rude ...person that she is to be good.
