Moching their viewers

You see all travelling in the same car together then outside of it they put on an act of social distancing, so pathetic. This just shows how dumb people are and how stupid they think people are watching these programmes.

Good to see something up to date on HGTV rather than most of their programs that are 7 years old.

Nice to see some actually commit to purchase a property at the end of the programme rather than looking for 15 minutes of fame.

Good coverage of the South East of the UK but not much further out so property prices not a true reflection of other more affordable parts of the UK where you can easily live mortgage free.

Absolutely waste of time

Warning: Spoilers
I like HGTV shows, but this one really got on my nervs. A family with two small children gets to see 4 "houses". One is an old school from the 19th century which could have never been a home for them, another one a railroad (?) house which had rooms in which only a chair could fit, another one with "character" meaning unliveble, divided with someone else and one that could have actually been practical but they had to buy it in an hour. They had children. How would anyone expect to buy a house in an hour without knowing if they can find a nursing home for a 10months old child? I could see the dissapointment on that family. I could see that the woman really felt like she had wasted so much time with no result. And for what? Was this something (an ad maybe) paid by the owners of those 3 very unpractical spaces (because they were not homes)? Or was the intent of the producer of the show to force the family's hands into buying the only house that could have been liveble? Either way, I will definetely not watch this show again. Hope no one does so that they get the point and put some effort into producing quality content.

Today (17/04/22) I'm watching Sophie & Angus, they've got a 1.5m home that they can't afford, Amanda shows them houses, and by the look on Sophie's face she's thinking these are too far below her. They're on the verge of losing their house, she needs to wise up.
