- Helen Bennett: You remember that spring we met?
- Jack Bennett: Oh, I remember it well. It was April.
- Helen Bennett: May.
- Jack Bennett: And you were wearing blue.
- Helen Bennett: Red.
- Jack Bennett: Yeah... It was April, blue, and you. I'll never forget our first date. That old sci-fi flick...
- Helen Bennett: It was a musical, Jack.
- Jack Bennett: And afterwards we went out for pizza.
- Helen Bennett: Chili dogs.
- Jack Bennett: That's right, and then I drove ya home.
- Helen Bennett: We walked.
- Helen Bennett, Jack Bennett: I'll never forget it.
- Helen Bennett: Ya know, Jack, I can't imagine anyone who doesn't love spring.
- Dr. Scarab: [cut to the hideout] I hate it. Hate it. Hate it, hate it. Spring - I hate it.
- Dr. Scarab: Nothing in the world is dumber.
- Mechanic: [coming in] Hiya, boss.
- Dr. Scarab: *Almost* nothing.
- Mechanic: I don't want yous to be lonely.
- Dr. Scarab: Lonely? Me? The great Scarab? Out. Out-out-out! I'm not lonely; I've never been lonely.
- [Mechanic leaves]
- Dr. Scarab: I'm so lonely...
- Dr. Scarab: Oh, no one understands me. No one is worthy of me... except me - and even when I was, just a kid, it was the same way. Belinda Sue Skugnog, the prettiest girl in school... even she was unworthy of me. She told Mrs. Clamcake that I stole all the other kids' cookies. She betrayed me.
- Dr. Scarab: Why wasn't I been twins? Only someone as great as me can appreciate how great me is.
- [to his reflection]
- Dr. Scarab: If you were real, there'd be two of me. We could make beautiful music together.
- Prof. Amadeus Sharp: I've just received a report that Scarab and his goons are over at the Wanko Research Lab, playing pattycake with the guards. I think the Bionic Six should join the party.
