A lighter episode, but they have a lot of fun with it. Engaging mystery, and seeing Higgins affect a Texas belle accent is a hoot. The locations are especially beautiful in this one. Highly entertaining.

Exactly what a show like Magnum should be, light and entertaining, with beautiful scenery and funny dialogues. It is not perfect, but it is good enough for me.
Besides, in this episode we have Sebastian Roché, and that is always a bonus. Also, there is a new character that seems promising.

I thought it was nice of Rick not to say something to Erin like "I am looking for someone closer to my age."
Erin appeared to be in her mid to late 60s (though claims on her IMDB page to be 57).
Rick appears to be in his mid 50s (though claims on his IMDB page to be 43).
Hollywood must be a tough business to age in.

Like all magnum episodes, start with a joke or smething fun, and then we found the new clues for a mistery to be solved.everybody in this episode really loved being there, you can see it in the acting. Was a funny episode with alot of jokes, and a unexpected car chase that was very good.
