This is incredibly amateur. You really can't even call it a film, it's just clips from other conspiracy theory films and television shows, poorly cobbled together (credits and all) and presented as a legitimate film. The title itself is a misnomer, as the Illuminati are mentioned perhaps once or twice in passing. The first segment is about 9/11 conspiracy theories, and probably the most professional of the segments, which isn't saying much. Then comes the shortest segment on the UK-based "Common Purpose" group. Perhaps it sounds a little fishy based on what you hear, but it's far from a "conspiracy to rule the world." For some unknown reason, the opening logos and disclaimers repeat themselves at this point. The third, final, and longest segment is about moon landing conspiracy theories, and is presented with a strong lack of effort or logic. The common thread in all three segments is a man named Theo Chalmers, who interviews conspiracy theorists on his semi-professional talk show. The majority of the film is made up of clips from this show, likely edited with no-frills freeware, or possibly via VCR. I'm not about to sit here and say whether any of these conspiracy theories holds water, you can judge that for yourself. But there are much better sources for the theories presented here.
Note: I watched it via live streaming, supposedly the DVD version is much shorter, for some reason.
