While Cho and Van Pelt are staking-out a drug negotiation, a young woman wanders on the street wounded, missing a shoe and amnesic. Soon Patrick Jane learns that she was at a nearby barn and Lisbon and he find three dead bodies. They identify the victims as the Shoshone Indian Leonard Railton, who has a terrible background, and the hikers Michel and Janine Langham. Patrick, Lisbon and the CBI agents head to the Shoshone Reservation and they learn that Leonard worked at a touristic shop owned by Markham Willis, but was full of money. Meanwhile, Cho and Rigsby find a hidden plantation of marijuana in the reservation. They continue to investigate who the Jane Doe is and why the victims were murdered.

"Aingavite Baa" is an average episode of "The Mentalist". The plot is simpler and with less twists than other episodes, but the conclusion is reasonable. My vote is seven.

Warning: Spoilers
When Grace breaks up with Rigsby because she is worried he will grow the resent her if her if he resigns. I would have quit anyway because i would instantly resented her making my decision for me.

Bad writing missing an opportunity for the team to show solidarity by refusing to work with the new captain HighTower if she spilt up the team.

Also when captain HighTower threatens to remove Lisbon if Jane messes up because he is the better asset, Jane I believe would have said she goes i go. Thus cementing the team again.

This episode had a great but missed opportunity to build on the teams structure.
