Distinguished journalist
Vladimir Pozner, the author and host of the programme, interviews public figures, politicians, artists, scientists, musicians, actors, directors, sportsmen, doctors, magnates, and so on. Among the guests were
Sting, CNN founder
Ted Turner, US Secretary of State
Hillary Clinton, former USSR president
Mikhail Gorbachev and many other famous people. The programme is divided into four parts. The first part, Vox Populi, consists of questions the official website visitors have asked the guest and the programme crew has collected from random people in the streets. Next is the core part of the interview: questions of the host himself. In the third part, which lasts a couple of minutes, Pozner asks questions he has complied from
Marcel Proust's Questionnaire about one's personality. Then the guest leaves and in the final part, the epilogue, Vladimir Pozner shares with the audience his thoughts about an event, usually from the past week, and suggests us to think about it.
