Clap clap Jim Parsons
raulfaust16 March 2011
Warning: Spoilers
This episode begins with Sheldon finding out he's not the center of his group of friends anymore. So once he notices that, he plans to invite some new friends to show the geeks he doesn't need them. As provided, it doesn't work well, since they hate Sheldon's speeches and begin to play karaoke. In Penny's apartment, she, Amy and Bernadette plan to go out and kiss some guys. In these scenes there are many appealing jokes that it's impossible not to laugh, while we feel Amy is losing her geek mind.

Overall, in this episode Sheldon steals the show as usual and has most of all the funny jokes. It's great to notice that the writers are varying the characters and showing us that they're all very talented. Jim Parsons is an extremely good actor and proves it here once again.

"The Toast Derivation" is another hilarious ep of "The Big Bang Theory"

Warning: Spoilers
In this last season ep of "The Big Bang Theory": Now that Leonard is dating Raj's sister Priya, he and Howard are spending dinner time at Raj's apartment instead of at Sheldon's for the usual Thursday pizza night. So Sheldon reluctantly goes with his roommate to Raj's but gets so alienated he decides to try to find new friends to spend time with him during the evenings. He ends up with Stuart-the comic store guy who's sleeping there, Barry Kripke-the professor who talks in Elmer Fudd-speak, and Zack-Penny's dim ex. He also invited a former "Star Trek: The Next Generation" star from Twitter but it looks he won't show up. Meanwhile, Amy and Bernadette invite Penny for a night out to get her to forget Leonard...Wow, what another hilarious ep of "The Big Bang Theory" this was especially when Zack and Kripke are singing "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" on karaoke with Stuart asking if they know "Walking on Sunshine"! And as always, the best performance is from Jim Parsons every time he enacts Sheldon the way he does. Oh, and about that "ST:TNG" star appearance...

The Toast Derivation (#4.17)

Warning: Spoilers
This had some great moments. I loved how Sheldon was complaining about having to hang out at Raj's place. Him teaching everyone things like how Chili has no beans was also a great part. But my favorite was him trying to make another hangout group. The guys he got together are quite the characters. I pretty much would love them to actually hang out more.

A Pair of Parties
Hitchcoc11 October 2021
Because Leonard is dating Priya, the action moves to Raj's apartment, leaving Sheldon behind. Sheldon counters with his own party, inviting Zack, Kripke and Stuart. Of course, Sheldon can't stand their base characters. I did like Kripke and Zack singing "Don' Go Breaking My Heart."

It's taken four years, but I FINALLY feel like this show is finding its feet and working out what exactly it wants to be and what stories it is wanting to tell. It's starting to use its ever growing and developing characters a bit more fully, and it's all very pleasing to see.

I thought that this was another smart and funny episode, with everyone getting their moment to shine.

Obviously Jim Parsons as Sheldon takes a lot of the plaudits as he always does, but the development of the other characters is pleasing to see too.

Anything that pits Sheldon's book smarts against Penny's more streetwise approach/philosophy is always great to see too.

I don't like her. She wears too much makeup 😤. And she is not right for Leonard

Plz note my rating for this episode is solely due to the character of Stuart.

I have decided to write a review each episode I just CAN'T STAND bcuz of of Kevin Sussman's character, "Stuart." I really really can't watch how he mooch's off of every single main character, the things he says truly annoys me. Some feel "sorry" for his character, but me no way. I just don't understand why the writers wrote his character this way. In this episode helps himself to Sheldon & Leonard's shower.. Throughout the series he claims to be so broke, but he still cN afford to keep the comic book store open, & can afford hospital bills, pills, & therapy... Instead of abusing his customers hospitality, sell the store & get a job.. Stuart's character isn't funny at all. I just really can't stand him so much I fast forward the scenes he's mooching & just plain talking at all...
