Warning: Spoilers
Episode 10: An average to quite good episode with some matters of mild to good procedural interest in it, centered on issues out of court mostly, surrounding mischievous / cunning plots & sub-plots with good acting and again an uneventful ending, besides Will & Diane clash.

Superb episode as Diane secretly plots to break up Lockhart and Gardner and take Alicia along with her to her new firm.

Cary steals the show in an extremely smug performance. Embittered by the fact that he lost out in his position at Lockhart and Gardner due to political considerations, he is going after the young couple accused of murdering a pharmacist in a vengeful way. Matt Czuchry is cocky and confident. He has come a long way in a very good performance.

This episode shows how the attorneys attempt to get their clients to turn on each other so as to save one's own neck.

Anyone notice that Alicia, Julianne Margulies, looks pale and rather gaunt? Hope nothing is wrong with her.

Some very good acting as well by Owen, Alicia's brother, and mother-in-law. Her scenes with Owen are excellent as she fears that her granddaughter may be turning to being a lesbian.

Breaking up is hard to do as the song goes. Let's see what happens in further episodes.
