C U When U Get There is an amazing song and lives on after more than a quarter-of-a-century, with the song being released in 1997. The song is famous for its heavy interloping of Johann Pachelbel's Baroque Canon in D Major, so a harmonious blend of rap and classic which no doubt Pachelbel would have been proud of. Also Coolio performed C U When U Get There at the Rotterdam Proms in 2000 to a very enthusiastic audience, and also Jonah Hill sung it with the Saturday Night Live cast, so C U When U Get There has much cultural impact without a doubt. It's hard to believe Coolio passed away only a few years ago.
