In the film, Lloyd tells Ari that his father hadn't spoken with him since he came out - hence why he wants Ari to give him away. Yet during season 6, Lloyd asks for a promotion due to a conversation he had with his father the night before. Ari even makes a joke as to why Lloyd is upset, asking if he found out Lloyd was gay. Lloyd clarifies that his father has known for a while (again, during season 6).
Close to the end of the film, right after Ari meets Vince at the hospital, the scene changes to them walking on the street and you can clearly see that Vince's hair is cut much shorter.
In the TV show, Shauna (Vince's publicist) mentions "to think that this all started from a Vicks commercial". However, in the film, Ari said he found Vince from a Mentos commercial.
(at around 17 mins) As the guys, Vince, Johnny, Eric and Turtle leave the restaurant walking out onto and along the street, there are two girls behind them. One girl is in a red dress, the other in a short grey top.
As it cuts to a wide distant shot of them walking along the street, the girls disappear. The next shot of the guys walking along the street toward the camera shows the girls re-appear.
When Turtle meets with Ronda Rousey at the gym, her pony tail keeps switching from one side to the other and then hangs to the back.
Sloan was pregnant before Vince told Ari that he wanted his next project to be directing a film. It is unlikely that a $100 million movie was written, financed, cast, shot, and edited in nine months.
When Travis meets Ari in his studio office he is impressed with the office's size and décor. He tells Ari that he should see Travis's fathers office and that his father doesn't have an extravagant office. Ari has already been to Travis's fathers office in Texas and it is very extravagant.
At the beach party where Vince's movie is going to be shown at night Vince announces that the projector broke and they cant show the movie. But while he is saying this an image is being projected onto the screen so the projector is obviously not broken.
Nina Agdal uses the binoculars the wrong way.
In the end credits where the soundtrack is listed the word "soundtrack" is misspelled, listing 'sountrack'.
Toward the beginning of the film when the press are taking pictures, one photographer on the left has a lens cap on their camera which would make taking pictures impossible.
At the end of Entourage season eight, Ari tells his wife that he wants to take her and the children back to Florence, Italy, but in this movie the location is identified as Positano, which is 323 miles south of Florence, and the location shots look the same, even though Florence is inland, not on the coast.
(at around 53 mins) While Johnny and Turtle are driving, the camera crew and equipment are reflected multiple times in the buildings they are passing.
When Johnny Drama (Kevin Dillon) tries to make video-phone sex with a girl, her boyfriend comes into the room and threatened Johnny. The boyfriend is named Randy and is played by actor Sonny Marinelli, same actor that played John DeLuca (the cook that came into town with his wife so that Turtle can convince them to be partners in a restaurant business) in the Entourage TV-Series (season 8 episode 6 and 7).
