- There is infrequent nudity bottom parts aren't detailed and are mostly censored while breasts aren't and are sometimes in detail.

- When the girls are changing, one of the boys frequently tries to peek but gets stopped in the process.
- There is an episode where a girl's panties are seen through, mostly the buttock shots of her panties and possibly one scene of the frontal part of her panties being seen.
- All the things said in this category are basically the reasons why the show is rated TV-MA.
- Lots of female characters have oversized breasts. In many scenes with the characters they jiggle and nipples are visible through the clothes

- Most of the zombie killing/blood in most of the episodes can be frightening and disturbing to viewers.

Sex & Nudity
- A man threatens to kill one of the girls and he starts to sexual assault her and grope her forcefully. He dies before anything gets too bad.
- After one of the girls injured her back and becomes immobilized on the floor, the main boy used her breasts to balance a big gun to shoot the zombies. They make the scene intensely explicit and put close ups on her breasts rattling back and forth. You can hear her moaning and screaming. Later on, she talks about how her boobs are extremely sore.
- Two boys have an argument about having sex with a girl that is being held captive by one of them. Although it never happens, one of the boys graphically talks about what the other could've done to the girl and what he could do with her body
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Takashi has to bash his friend's head in with a bat in front of Rei to prevent him from turning into a zombie after he is bitten and in pain. This scene can be upsetting for some.
- A little girl's father is shot with a shotgun in front of her and she watches him die. Some viewers may find this upsetting or intense.
