It's safe to say that Girls Season 6 Episode 8 is one of my favorites out of the series' entire six-year run.
Unlike many other installments, the three separate plots of "What Will We Do This Time About Adam?" wove together perfectly, and I was equally invested in each of them. The lack of Marnie certainly didn't hurt things either.
The biggest development, as indicated by the title, was Adam's spur of the moment decision to break up with Jessa and reunite with Hannah. Say what now?
It was a drastic decision and seemingly out of left field – Adam was completely, 100% into Jessa for all of Girls Season 5 and had, by all appearances, forgotten all about Hannah. But looking at the show's most recent installments, it's not actually as random as it appears.
The biggest indicators, of course, would be all of the many times that Adam has brought up his love of babies.

Shia Labeouf took the stage at Sunday night's Grammy Awards to introduce his friend Sia's performance of "Chandelier." Shia, who stars in the "Elastic Heart" video along with dancer Maddie Ziegler, seemed like the perfect person to welcome Sia to the stage - they both share a love for creativity, and, well, they're both a little eccentric. When Shia stood at the microphone, however, many people were baffled by the pink slip of paper he was reading from. It sounded a bit like a fan letter or love note, and now we know that Sia's introduction was both of those things. Here's what it said: "For Sia: I feel like this may be strange to say this here. I love you so. Punch me if I stop crying. I raised a white flag for you, defeated finally. If strength were made of broken pieces, you and I would always win.

Ex On The Beach turned out to be pleasingly terrifying last week, so we eagerly tuned in again last night to get a bit more education in the world of romance, banter and boozing. As always, the series was ever so helpful, so read on to find out what we learned...
1. If your ex has trust issues, it's definitely a good idea to sleep with her.
Oh, hello, Frankie. We got a slight taste of Miss Frankie - Marco's ex - last week, and thought she seemed pretty intense then. But oh boy, did we get a full picture this week. She was not happy to hear that he'd been on a date with Emily (which, well, he kind of had to do) especially because she too is blonde. Seriously, the hair colour seemed to be very, very important indeed. Now, Marco wanted to make sure that he stayed on...

I’ve spent this column space looking at the Oscar race and trying not to offer any of my opinions about how the whole thing was shaping up.
But now the Oscar race is almost over, the voting deadline has passed, and there’s little else to do but judge the outfits, open the envelopes and listen to the speeches. So, I think it’s time I stated my opinion about the film that now seems poised to win Best Picture.
After important wins from all of the industry guilds, including Producers, Directors and, most perplexing, Writers, Argo seems to be the obvious frontfunner for Sunday night's biggest prize. Considering the strength, depth and individualistic voice of most of the other nominees, this, in my humble opinion, is a depressingly mediocre choice.
Neither the most intelligent nor the most audacious film in the running by a country mile, the only...
