- It is mentioned that one of hte characters beat up another, and he later claims to be "glad" the other is dead.
- During a play you see a character get stabbed in the stomach and his guts are pulled out (rope and paper). This is "hokey" looking, but kinda graphic
- During a play a characters head gets cut off. (hokey but disturbing)

- pretty much constant strong profanity from the recorded neighbors and a lot from those interviewed as well. Includes pretty much anyword you can think of, more F-bombs than i could count. In addition there are many instances of "hurtful" gay slang (ie: queer, c*cksucker) and homophobic statements.

- Though no-one drinks to excess in the film, since booze plays such a pivitol role in the neighbors behavior it is a constant issue.
- The 3 individuals that are the basis for the recording are drunks and behave in a drunken manor. Some of them are later offered alcohol for their "cooperation".
