This Episode begins with Sofia, the name of Callie her new daughter. Sofia had a hard start as a child. Callie her brain functions are slowly coming back. Jackson, April, Meredith, Cristina and Lexie brought Callie to her daughter Sofia. Stark wants to perform Sofia's surgery. Callie is bleeding, she fainted in Arizona her arms. Sofia's surgery was successful. Gladys died, before she donated 100 grant to Alex. Gladys donated 200.000 dollars to Alex before she past away. Meredith changed Adele her medicines, with medicines from another patient. Derek performs Adele her surgery. Sofia may go home, but Callie don't want that. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 7, many emotions about Sofia, Callie's newborn baby. Meanwhile Meredith did something illegal!
