Glenn Gilbertti (Disco Inferno), who plays Joey 'Mayhem' Moscone was two-time Television Champion of the WCW (World Championship Wrestling) before its merger with the WWE. Scott Colton (Colt Cabana), who plays Barry 'The Bomb' Burkowski, wears a mask and occasionally wrestles as 'Matt Classic', Colt's alter ego. The two wrestlers comprise 'The Goon Squad' who are the Ghost Trek security team. The two wrestlers had actually never met until the 'Gathering of the Juggalos" event in 2010, once they had both been cast.
Conor McCullagh, winner of Syfy's popular series, Face Off, performed a live make up exhibition where he applied a prosthetic to Addy Miller's face at Mad Monster Party 2012 horror convention as a promotional event in Charlotte, NC. However, the original make up was applied by Starr Jones.

Addy Miller who plays 'Tyler Rae Kinsey', the 'ghostly pageant princess' in The Kinsey Report, was the 'little zombie girl' featured in the pilot of The Walking Dead. Addy also has a popular animatronic modeled after the character that is sold in Halloween costume stores across the U.S.
Jonny Fairplay had just met Gia Allemand at a charity event and asked her if she would be interested in auditioning for the Ghost Trek pilot. Writer-director Michael Plumides cast Gia after she sent her audition video. Sadly, Gia committed suicide on August 14, 2013, which made national headlines.
