Are you familiar with the British quiz show called The Chase? Well, this speedy knowledge fest is about to become more familiar. Gsn has picked up an American incarnation of the game show to also be called The Chase and Brooke Burns has been chosen as host. Burns is a former Baywatch babe. The blue-eyed beauty acted as Vanessa Mancini on Melrose Place and has hosted programs like Dog Eat Dog and You Deserve It. You may also recognize Burns from the Nickelback music video for “Trying Not To Love You”.
The Chase puts a team of four contestants up against the show’s “resident genius” and is very fast paced. In the British version, Bradley Walsh served as host and the game show ran for 6 seasons. The UK’s resident geniuses numbered 4 throughout the seasons and they were a collection of winners from various other quiz shows. This leads...

Katy Perry isn't the only one heating up Hawaii. On Tuesday, former Baywatch babe Brooke Burns also provided the Aloha State with a little added sizzle. And if this pic is any indication, the You Deserve It cohost was definitely, well, deserving of all the attention she no doubt received while frolicking in the sand and surf off the coast of Maui. The 33-year-old stunner is currently on vacation there with Warrior director Gavin O'Connor, who recently asked Brooke for her hand in marriage. Can't say we blame him.

Brooke Burns has a new hair color and, more importantly, a new ring! The blond-again You Deserve It cohost flashed her diamond yesterday on Good Day L.A. and confirmed that she is indeed planning to tie the knot with Warrior director Gavin O'Connor. Burns didn't bring the subject up, but one of her interviewers couldn't help but exclaim, "You're married?!" when she spied the former Baywatch babe's ring finger. "Engaged!" Burns squealed, flashing a megawatt grin to go with the bauble. She wouldn't name names, however... "He's a writer-director," she said discreetly, though it wasn't much of a leap to get from A to O'Connor. Plus,...

It's hard to believe that it's been nearly a decade of roses, tears and broken engagements, but Chris Harrison, who's been the face of "The Bachelor" franchise since it began in 2002, promises that the upcoming Season 16 will be the best yet -- with a little help from a grandmother named Sheryl, of course.
"We might have outdone ourselves this season," Harrison told The Huffington Post. "I will say this about the grandmother that gets out of the car: It made for a fun, sensational ad, and obviously, it worked because people are talking. But people should know that we would never take up a spot on the show as a cocktail joke. It definitely was funny, but it has much more meaning than you see in the ad. There's something very sweet and romantic about it."
After a decade of tearful drama, Harrison switched it up in November and debuted a new feel-good game show,...
