When Clara's ballet company is on tour in New York, she reaches out to her estranged father and invites him to coffee. When they meet, she shows him a photo album filled with pictures of her and her mother after recitals. But there is one picture in which a young Clara stands alone next to a child's drawing of her father. She extends an invitation to come to her next performance and hopes that he is ready to rekindle their relationship.
