- The whole movie is borderline pornographic
- Almost every scene involving Angela and the two girls involves them being either nude or wear very little clothing.
Violence & Gore

- The second instalment of the Vomit Gore Trilogy is even more gross and disturbing than its predecessor, 3/4 of the film shows either a severe blood content or severe puke content and sometimes both in the same scene!! A very large spider is sown into Angela's vagina, (VERY BRUTAL, UNNERVING AND SADISTIC) The most graphic scene is where Angela is slowly disemboweled and decapitated, (after she's obviously killed) and this is where her decapitated head is used as a mug to drink vomit and god knows what else from, it's then dressed with the octopus over her head which is covered in both puke and blood. Every thing else is either of a lower or equal graphic quality.

- ReGOREgitated Sacrifice is an incredibly bloody and grotesque film, whose bass images could break anyone's consciousness.
