Norm plays his ordinary "annoying bug" bit here by pushing the buttons of the View cast with his comments on Bill Clinton. The botched telephone gag only furthers the chaotic nature of the interview, with the cast of the show continuing to fail in containing Norm and his antics.
I will say this, the lines "George Bush is a good man" and "there has never been any accusations towards Bill Cosby about anything" have both aged terribly looking back. An old chunk of coal like him might be out of touch but if there's one key take away from this episode it's that man has the View been around for a long time!
