- Several male characters are bare chested in a few scenes.
- While trying to check if Naruto hides something, several people make him to take off his clothes, and then try to take off his panty when we then only hear his scream.
- Naruto asks a female character if she's a transvestite.

- As usual in the Naruto-franchise, there are numerous fighting sequences involving ninjas, weapons and various attacks. There are several scenes of attempted killing as well.
- Several characters get asleep by gas.
- Naruto is put in jail, and is kicked and beaten up in several scenes.
- A seal causes Naruto to scream in pain after using some chakra, a few times.
- Naruto is asked if he had killed anyone just to protect a village.
- A man stabs a Naruto clone who just vanishes in smoke.
- Naruto almost falls on bamboo sticks. Some skulls can be seen.
- Several people get beaten up, and one man gets burned.
- A man is mentioned to would have poisoned a certain village.
- Naruto almost drowns after jumping into a whirlpool.
- A woman slaps Naruto.
- A flashback sequence briefly shows Sakura punching Naruto. There is blood, but this brief scene is mainly made for a little laugh.
- A long riot sequence shows lots of people fighting, punching, kicking and attacking each other. Parts of this scene have some funny moments.
- A man uses his hand to impale through an another man's chest, and to slay an another man. Not overly graphic, but there is blood.
- Several people get sucked into a huge box.
- Several people get burned while trying to escape from the prison castle.
- Characters are fighting a huge creature.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There are several intense scenes throughout the film where the characters are deads. It is more intense and very violent than most Naruto franchises.
- Nearly the entire film takes place at a prison castle.
- The scene in which a man transforms into a huge creature may be bound to frighten young children. Scenes related to the Box of Ultimate Bliss may scare some children as well.

- Tsunade's boobs can clearly be seen bounching during the post-credit scene.
Violence & Gore
- A man appears to have fallen into a whirlpool and become killed. We later see him still alive and well for some reasons.
- Naruto and a female character are impaled by a creature, and there is some blood. Naruto is about to die, but is saved. But the female character dies.
- Several characters attack several people.
