Finch tells Reese that the machine gave the number of the decorated soldier that has just returned from the Afghanistan, Joey Druban, who is now working as doorman of a hotel. Joey has a girlfriend for a long time, Pia Moresco, who works as waitress in a cafeteria. Reese clones his cellphone and follows him to a bank, where he joins three men and rob it. Reese does not let the security guard to shoot them, and they flee with the money. He follows Joey, who gives the money to a young woman, and receiving money from a taxi driver. He takes photos from the woman and the cab driver and Finch identifies them: the woman is the widow of a fellow soldier of his division as well as the driver, who is was also from the same division. Finch also finds that the veteran Sam Latimer, who owns a bar, probably belongs to the gang. Now Reese will contact him to see whether he can join the gang in the next heist. Meanwhile, Det. Carter sees the footage of the bank heist and sees that Reese is the man who saved the security guard.
"Mission Creep" is another great episode of "Person of Interest", with the story of a soldier that found the easiest way to make money, but in the end, is not a bad guy at all. The flashback of Reese and Jessica in a filler in the show. The role of Det. Carter is not clear, and she bothers Reese in every case. The question of this show is who the mysterious Elias M. Is. My vote is eight.
Title (Brazil): "Mission Creep"
