After knocking out Daniel Shaw from behind, Ellie has a hug with Chuck. When the camera pans up, there is no Shaw on the floor.
When Shaw fights Casey in Castle, he kicks Casey into a room and activates the electronic lock. The lock displays the CIA logo, however Castle is no longer a CIA property. It is privately owned by Carmichael Industries.
Sarah's pumps change from the fight with Shaw to when she is hanging by the wrists, from chunky heels to stiletto.
Shaw puts duct tape over Sarah's mouth to prevent her from making a sound. The duct tape "gagging" is a persistent myth in movies and TV - it doesn't work. Simple lower jaw movements loosen up the duct tape, which can be then bitten into and spat off. Shaw, with the Intersect in him, would know this.
Daniel Shaw mentions "Santa Claus, or Krampus as the Germans call him". Krampus is not the German name for Santa Claus, it's a completely different character. Krampus is a mythical creature recognized in Alpine countries. He accompanies Saint Nicholas during the Christmas season, warning and punishing bad children, in contrast to St. Nicholas, who gives gifts to good children.
