- Narrator: I think it's about day 17 or 18, uh, I've got sleep deprivation so please excuse me for not remembering exactly how many days after Katrina this is, but we're close.
- Narrator: [signing off] Larry Wayne, special assignment, downtown in what has been a destroyed city, soon to be, um, soon to be a, uh, more vibrant city I think maybe one day, but it starts right now. It starts with the cleanup process which is going to take literally months. Back to you.
- Narrator: A lot of destruction here. Trees, vehicles turned upside down. It's a mess. A lot of people lost their lives there. So sad. But because of that I think it's going to make the United States a bit more prepared should a catastrophe like this happen ever - if it does happen ever again.
- Narrator: [inappropriately cheerfully] Hi there, this is Larry Wayne coming at 'cha. You're watching another excursion of mine. I hope you guys have been enjoying this as much as I've been enjoying shooting it!
