If Rebel Alley uses a similar naming convention for her son as her father, Ron Howard (who chose middle names that indicate where they were conceived), it could be assumed that Rebel's child was conceived in the Apollo LEM in her father's office at Imagine.
Lucille's prisoner number in the "country club" prison is 07734. Turned upside-down it reads "hello," a reference to the Bluth's adopted Korean son, Annyong.
Lucille Bluth is cast as Lucia Von Bardas, the main villain of Tobias's faux adaptation of the Marvel Comic. Ironically, such a character does exist in the comics, despite the incredible coincidence in name similarity between the two characters. She serves as one of the many villains whose origins stem back to the fictitious country of Latveria, Dr. Doom's home. The character also frequently wears the color green like Lucille.
In the fourth season, Gob (Will Arnett) is frequently seen eating Parmesan cheese mixed with mustard. This is a reference to Martin Mull, who played private detective Gene Parmesan in this and four other episodes, and who also played Colonel Mustard in the movie Clue (1985).
Tobias makes a West Side Story (1961) reference - "It would be like having a play with all Sharks and no Jets". David Cross' father in law is Russ Tamblyn who played Riff- leader of the Jets in the 1961 movie.
