Wearing a gorgeous Bebe Aguirre floral two-piece and belting out fan favorite “Pocketful of Sunshine” at one of her bucket list concert venues, it wouldn’t be surprising if Natasha Bedingfield was secretly pinching herself at the Hollywood Bowl earlier this month.
Since she began pursuing her music dreams, the 35-year-old singer has performed for the Pope and former President Barack Obama, earned a Grammy nomination, toured with Justin Timberlake and New Kids on the Block and collaborated with everyone from Lifehouse and Rascal Flatts to Nick Carter and Nicki Minaj.
But the glitzy life is a world away from her childhood in the U.K., where the singer reveals her New Zealand-born parents, John and Molly, struggled to make ends meet, feeding their family on less than $6 a day and relying heavily on supermarket scraps.

There can never be too many cooks in the kitchen… at least when it comes to Rascal Flatts‘ new music video for “Yours If You Want It,” that is!
Debuting exclusively on People.com, the video for one of the fastest moving singles on country radio charts showcases the band as the staff at the Hermitage Cafe in Nashville. The guys are joined by the original Buffy The Vampire Slayer actress Kristy Swansonand actor Kevin Farley, who bring the song to life through an idyllic, yet imaginary, fairytale love story.

What It Is: Unemployed Denim is a denim-customization company started by Sydney Izen out of her college dorm room at Cornell University. Back in May, Izen was planning on going to Coachella and had no idea what to wear. “I always wanted to wear something different,” she says. “I didn’t want to just go to the normal stores and pick something out.” So instead, she headed to her local thrift store, bought a pair of oversized jeans, cut them into shorts, and covered them in patches she bought online. While she didn’t think much of it at the time,...

Farewell, Prince Harry! The royal wrapped his Invictus Games in Orlando, Florida, on Thursday after five days of competition, entertainment and inspiration. In his remarks at the closing ceremonies on Thursday evening, Harry saluted the athletes and moments that embodied the spirit of the Games. "I know by your nature you all want to win, but these games are so much more than that," he said. "Invictus is so much more than that. "What could explain the remarkable sportsmanship of Mark Urquart in sacrificing gold on the track to push Stephen Simmons into first place? Invictus! "How else could I...

The moment is finally here! After four seasons of Seriously Why Can't They Be Together, Rayna (Connie Britton) and Deacon (Charles Esten) are finally getting married on Nashville. And yes, this wedding is actually happening. "Forever and Always," the wedding episode, will be chock full of performances from the series regulars you know and love (including Esten, Clare Bowen, Sam Palladio and Lennon and Maisy Stella) and cameos from country music superstars (Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts and singer/songwriter Jim Lauderdale). Of course, there will be a few last-minute wrinkles in the plan, but what would a TV wedding be without an eleventh hour disaster? The important part is that at the end, Rayna and Deacon will...

Let's see... Where did we leave things? Frankie was still one Head of Household. Caleb had gone into the first challenge in Beast Mode and he was also Head of Household. Julie Chen had explained the whole "challenge" thing and how a former Head of Household could potentially go up on the block, but I napped through it. And already, the people who dedicate their lives to watching the feeds have a wealth of knowledge about why all 16 of these hamsters are bad, bad people. And I'll say it again: For purposes of these recaps -- and purposes of comments -- Only Stuff From TV Is Cannon. Good times. On to the recap! 8:03 p.m. Oh right. The Battle of the Block. I forgot what Julie called the twist. Tonight we're getting nominations plus the first Battle? Bring it on, "Big Brother." 8:04 p.m. Who wants to see Frankie & Caleb's HoH room?...

7:50 p.m.: Hello from the 49th annual Acm Awards in Las Vegas. We'll be blogging live from the press room, which means we'll be commenting on the action you're seeing on TV, but also on what's going on backstage as the artists come back to talk to the press. The Band Perry are opening the show with an explosive version of "Chainsaw," and the performers' list is a virtual who's who of country: Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Lady Antebellum, Florida Georgia Line, George Strait, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley and more. There are 25 performances in all. Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan are co-hosting for the second year, so there should be plenty of laughs. 8:04 p.m.: The Band Perry opens the show with a midtempo tune called "Chainsaw." For the inconceivable fourth-straight year, married couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert took home their respective Vocalist of the Year awards at the Cma Awards. Keep reading to find out who else took home an award!
Hosts Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley started country music's biggest awards show with an opening that the nation will be buzzing about in the morning.
The two first addressed feuds in country music by delivering a duet of "Why Can't We Be Friends?" and then decided to lightheartedly start their own outrageous feuds (e.g., Brad Paisley vs. Kenny Rogers; Darius Rucker vs. Julianne Hough).
The well-orchestrated comedy skit continued with a satire of the rocky launch of Obamacare via a spin on George Strait's "Amarillo By Morning" ("Obamacare by morning, over six people served"), and an applause for Taylor Swift for keeping her clothes on unlike her female pop music counterparts.

New York — When Apple launched its iTunes music store a decade ago amid the ashes of Napster, the music industry – reeling from the effects of online piracy – was anxious to see how the new music service would shake out.
"The sky was falling, and iTunes provided a place where we were going to monetize music and in theory stem the tide of piracy. So, it was certainly a solution for the time," said Michael McDonald, who co-founded Ato Records with Dave Matthews and whose Mick Management roster includes John Mayer and Ray Lamontagne.

It's not only music's biggest retailer, it also dominates the digital video market, capturing 67 percent of the TV show sale market and 65 percent of the movie sale market, according to information company Npd group.
