Oz keeps acting as the boss even after selling the firm to the conglomerate, whose representative Veronice 'Ronnie' tries to establish her authority. First she tries to win the staff's loyalty by 'bribery' treats, like a luxury espresso machine, and to pull rank on Oz by confiscating his office, then to break resistance by ending previous privileges. Cameron is duly suspicious and ends up leading a revolt, ending in locking in the rival chiefs forced to negotiate a modus vivendi.
