- In a few of the episodes nude statues are scattered through the buildings.
- There is no nudity.
Violence & Gore

- The x-Ray feature is a slo-mo cinematic which shows the bullet you fired entering your enemy. In this you can see the skeleton and all the internal organs being destroyed by the bullet you shot. (Graphic)
- Shooting enemies results in blood spray which can stain surfaces.
- This game is set in World War II so there will be loud explosions around you.
- When you shoot someone with a silenced pistol there may be the occasional blood spray.
- When a grenade blows up next to you, your screen will go black and white and will hear a high pitched ringing.
- You can blow up cars and tanks in this game by shooting their engines.
- You can plant trip mines, dynamite and land mines to stop enemies from entering a room.
- You kill Russians and Germans in the game and sometimes they AI have shootouts with each other.
- Despite the large quantity of violence, this game is supposed to be played stealthily.
Profanity

- Unless you speak Russian or German fluently, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
- The developers claimed that the man doing the voiceovers for the Russians and Germans added in a few swears.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- You will see at least once in every mission, a Nazi soldier on duty leaning against a wall or sitting in a chair with a bottle of alcohol next to him. It is hinted they are drunk.
- Some Nazi's hold cigarettes and smoke whilst on duty.
- You see many Nazi's officers lighting cigarettes and smoking.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This game is definitely not for the squeamish due to the large quantities of violence.
- Walking around stealthily can be quite intense.
- Shootouts between you and the enemy can be quite intense.
- There is a DLC package you can buy called 'Assassinate the Fuhrer' which allows you to kill Hitler. May offend some.
- This game is probably suitable for people 13 and over with a minimum age of 12.
