This is a great documentary on Keiko Fukuda, Judo, and a bit of Japanese history. At some points, the story told is very touching and emotional. At some points the story, the story is hopeful and exciting. And at many points, the story was funny. The overall compilation and creation of the documentary was superb. The score (music) (by Mark Izu) for the film was generally good, but at some points it was stylistically awkward and out of place. It was very good that the director, Yuriko Gamo Romer, came across this important person, and made a documentary out of it, as it raises awareness of such amazing people. The only other criticism I have regarding the film, is that sometimes, the text is hard to read, sometimes because of the font color, and sometimes because of the somewhat juvenile choice of font during title texts.
