- Although the monsters are very unnerving, there is little onscreen violence. Monsters are shot, stabbed, burned, and beaten but most of the violence happens off-camera or if it's shown, there is little blood. One gets beheaded with an axe with a brief shot showing the blade plunging into the neck and the severed head is shown being flung with blood splatter.
