While the show ends with a cliffhanger, it appears the show was cancelled.
While I enjoyed the show and hoped it would find another season...this episode was horrible. Way too much dream drug fuzzy filming sequences. Vivian's that barely convince of any danger.
The lady leader at omega is just terrible. Survey no purpose than to be someone to hate but zero acting chops.
And the inclusion of the kids reduced the acting level to more Nickelodeon level and just made it terrible. Show had moments of brilliance (even if a B level show). The episode with the guy from the movie Screan was absolutely the best. I wish they had done more with that.
