- The Infidelz MC's former President, Patch Kinkade, is dragged back into his prior life when the peace accord between the clubs is broken.
- Adapted from the successful novel, Dead in 5 Heartbeats, by Ralph "Sonny" Barger with Keith and Kent Zimmerman. The story follows the Infidelz MC's former President, Patch Kinkade, who has left his personal demons behind for the calm of desert life. When war erupts between his brothers he left behind and the rival Hooligans, Patch rides back into town to either make peace or do battle.—Dead in 5 Heartbeats
- This says that the filming locations were two places, Arizona, and Phoenix Arizona. As per Sonny Barger (may he rest in peace), the filming locations are: Black Canyon City, Arizona, Cave Creek, Arizona, and Phoenix, Arizona. 42 locations in 24 days. I actually saw little snippets of other areas when they were on the road.
There was no place to correct this rather than using the synopsis area. Sonny Barger passed away a few days ago. This prompted me to re-watch this movie. I was there when it was filmed.

The movie helped expose the unloyal ones and show the way that they're dealt with. The number one thing in a motorcycle club is loyalty. This helps you get a grasp on what that's all about within a club. And how quickly things can fall apart if there isn't loyalty. It's a brotherhood. Some don't see it that way and end up being backstabbers. That doesn't bode well. There are many examples of how it all ends up if someone turns on the club.
It also depicts what the females go through - the old ladies - when someone they love ends up going to prison, it's a tough life. There's nothing more important than a good old lady to a 1%er. They stand behind their man, no questions asked. And the children are also affected one way or another depending on what's happening with the club member. But the brotherhood pulls together and helps one another. If that isn't happening, then the club isn't worth a darn (if the member is incapacitated because they were helping the club and didn't rat or do the wrong thing). When I set club member, I am referring to a patched 1 percenter.
