They both have the perfect lives and the perfect relationships until Malia is dumped by Trevor for what he thinks is a better option. While on her date, Whitney is hinting that she wants to settle down and start a family, but Baker tells her she is perfect wife material, but he's just not looking for a wife at that point in his life. After the heartbreak, both women return to their respective homes and cry. Whitney hears Malia crying and she knocks on her door. After they share a few drinks and laughs they both decide to swear off men for the foreseeable future. They both decide to focus all of their energies on their work and to put men and relationships behind them. They decide to take a weekend trip to refresh and refocus and prepare for the big pitch they have coming up that Monday.
While on their trip the two ladies run into what they both believe are the perfect guys and chaos ensues next. Back at the office, both girls tell their story to their office manager Glen. Of course, each lady's story is slightly slanted in favor of the teller but the underlying theme is betrayal of trust and the fact that each started a new romance without telling the other and they always tell each other everything. The problem is they have to pitch this client to keep their business going for the quarter and establish them as a major marketing firm in the southeast region.
