Overall this is an interesting show about how animals have survived major disasters though our planets history. However this is somewhat spoiled by the fact that the presenter keeps eating said animals. So one is left feeling that whilst these creatures may have survived extinction type events, they may not survive to the end of the show! Not a show for vegetarians then but otherwise very interesting. Noticeably the presenter doesn't eat any of the 'cute' animals like Kangaroos or hedgehogs(at least on camera) so its OK that hes only eating crocodiles and Bison. Particularly as crocodiles apparently kill 2,00 people annually, so eat or be eaten is the order of the day here.
