Warning: Spoilers
Leslie and Ben Ar talking on Skype until they are interrupted by someone on the toilet who does not like the fact Leslie gets her own toilet for being a woman. Chris tells the Parks department that he wants to use his new information on canceling for the town. Leslie has a bill that will become a law. Leslie tells her young swimmers that their pool will be opened more. April asks Ben that if he wants to go on a road trip to Pawnee to surprise their lovers. The 311 idea does not turn out well as there is too many people calling. The trip to Pawnee is to slow a the President is crossing through. The bill is not amount to pass as Leslie has lost a note so with half a perm and normal hair she goes to seek another vote to get the bill to pass. Ron and Andy go out to fix a pothole. Leslie try's to get the older member of state to try help with the bill. Ron meets a women as he try's to fix the hole. Leslie asks councilman Milton and is goes wrong as he must be taken away to the hospital. To try and impress Diane (Lucy Lawless) Ron must put some makeup on and it's funny. Even though Ben/April failed to get to Pawnee it has made their relationship stronger. Diane then is the one to come ask for Ron to date her, let's hope she's not another Tammy type which she does not seem to be. Leslie gets an office near the parks department and it should now make her life easier especially not having a perm anymore. Funny episode and Nick Offerman is having a great season so far. Aubrey and Adam where also funny together and their characters have such great chemistry.

EPISODE GRADE: A- (MVP: Nick Offerman)
