- A few scenes of nudity but strong sexual themes throughout. The movie is about an actress auditioning for a role in a play featuring BDSM. Crude sexual language also occurs throughout and there are regular references to mature sexual topics like S&M, pornography, prostitution, sexual abuse, anal sex, homosexuality, and adultery.
- The female lead shows cleavage throughout the film. She spends much of the film wearing a short leather skirt and bustier. When she bends over, her dress rides up high on her thighs. In a few scenes, the bottom of her buttocks are visible as is her underwear. She strips in and out of her leather top and skirt, revealing her lingerie underneath. There are several scenes in which she wears only underwear.
- Two characters wear dog collars as part of S&M-related costumes. One character is tied up as part of a role play. There are a few scenes where characters mime slapping and whipping in a sexual context.
- A character jokingly grinds up against a cactus she referred to as a phallic symbol.
- In two brief scenes, the female lead character's nipple is partially visible when pretends to remove and return an item from her bra.
- A character describes another character's fiancee saying, "I'm sure she was wet" (meant as a double entendre).
- A man cross-dresses to rehearse the role of a female character.
- A nude woman dances behind a fur. She is mostly in the shadows, but her breasts can be seen as she moves into the light.

- One character holds a knife to the throat of another character while rehearsing a scene in a play. The knife turns out to be real.
- A character points a hand gun at another character in one scene, again as part of a play rehearsal.
- One character slaps another in the face several times. There are also several scenes of mimed.
