Without the sex there's no point at all...

Warning: Spoilers
DEEP THOUGHTS is an adult film made in Italy in 1980 and dubbed into English and re-titled for release in Britain on VHS. The version I saw was the X-certificate version which excises all of the hardcore sexual content and leaves a film which is entirely pointless to sit through as a result. I mean, the point of this film is the sex, so without it there really is no point at all.

The film has no overarching plot and instead is a mere series of brief vignettes. There's one about a hitchhiker who gets picked up by a lecherous driver and another about a Peeping Tom on a train. The dubbing is bad enough to be occasionally funny and there are minor roles for the likes of Ajita Wilson (the famous transsexual actress who appeared in loads of women in prison films during the era) and even Edmund Purdom in a bizarre cameo. It's quite terrible, really.
