Rex takes Chuchi and the sniper to a garage on level 1313 owned by some friends of his. This is the garage owned by the Martez sisters first seen in Gone with a Trace (2020).
Trooper Slip is to meet his contact in Coruscant's Coco Town (the Collective Commerce District) which is where Dex's Diner was located in Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002).
Slip's number, CT-0409, is a reference to Star Wars: The Clone Wars season 4 episode 9 "Plan of Dissent". In the episode clone troopers Jesse, Hardcase and Fives defy General Pong Krell's orders, after his tactics and complete indifference to the lives of the clones has made them suffer heavy causalities. In later episodes more clones rebelled against Krell and it came to light he was working for Count Dooku and the Seperatists.
Inside Clone cantina 97's there is a neon sign on the wall with Aurebesh letters translating to "Ninetynine".
The titular characters do not make an appearance in this episode.
