For the second week in a row, Jag Bains found himself nominated for eviction on “Big Brother,” but unlike last time, he was not able to save himself with the Veto. Head of Household Cameron Hardin put Jag on the block next to Blue Kim, his two former Handful allies that he no longer trusts. After Red Utley won the Veto and didn’t use its power, Cameron’s nominations were locked in and the house is now scheduled to evict one of them live on Thursday, August 31.
All week long, viewers have been making their “Big Brother 25” Week 4 predictions at Gold Derby for who they think will be sent home next. As of this writing, Jag has leading 27/25 odds to be evicted, while Blue is in second place at 12/5 odds. There’s still time to make your picks before our predictions center closes at 5:00 p.m. Pt on Thursday.

Heading into this week’s Veto episode of “Big Brother 25,” Cameron Hardin had just gone from being on the block twice to relaxing in the Head of Household room. He won the fan-fave Pressure Cooker competition by holding his button for nearly 14 hours, after making a deal with America Lopez that she and Cory Wurtenberger would be safe this week. Later, Cameron nominated Jag Bains (who was still wearing his chicken costume) and Blue Kim for eviction, but the Power of Veto still could be used to save one of them on Wednesday night.

Following the unanimous eviction of Hisam Goueli from “Big Brother 25,” the remaining players (not counting outgoing Head of Household Felicia Cannon) all began the endurance comp to end all endurance comps: the Pressure Cooker. The winner of this fan-favorite challenge would be given the power to nominate two contestants for elimination, and all they had to do was hold a red button longer than their competitors. Sounds easy, right? So who won the Pressure Cooker Hoh competition on Sunday night?

Ever since Julie Chen announced a week ago that the popular Pressure Cooker competition from Big Brother Season 6 would make a comeback this week, fans have eagerly awaited its return.
At the close of Thursday's live eviction episode, the contestants buckled up for the competition.
Outgoing Head of Household, Felicia Cannon, was not eligible to compete.
By the 13-hour mark of the competition, America Lopez, Mecole "Meme" Hayes, and Cameron Hardin were still in the running to win.
It was a grueling night, and things took a turn when Mecole accidentally took her hand off the buzzer, taking the political consultant out of the game.
Cameron, who had been on the block the previous two weeks, declared that he wasn't letting go of the buzzer because he had to keep himself safe.
While deals are usually struck to end competitions, Lopez continued to hold on... until her hand slipped, meaning...

After a relatively stable (by their standards) Tuesday, the “Big Brother 25” houseguests went back to their volatile, flip-floppy ways on Wednesday.
Just like last week, the flip was led by Cirie and Izzy. Hisam had an effective one-on-one with Cirie, during which he told her he had “really f—ed up” and blamed basically every piece of intel he had on Cameron. Cirie and Izzy brought the idea to Felicia, pitching that that Cameron could target them next and Hisam would be indebted to them. Felicia wasn’t receptive at first because Hisam didn’t hug her after their chat (you can’t make this stuff up), but he quickly rectified that after being brought in and told of the possible flip. He promised his undying loyalty and to keep it a secret. Izzy felt he was genuine because he didn’t end every single sentence with “right?” (you really...

Zombies had a big week in the streaming rankings for Jan. 9-15.
HBO’s The Last of Us, while it didn’t make the top 10 original series for the week, nonetheless had a strong debut on HBO Max. The Walking Dead, meanwhile, moved into second overall following the Netflix debut of its final episodes. Ginny & Georgia, meanwhile, repeated as the top overall title even without the presence of any undead.
The Last of Us amassed 223 million minutes of viewing time on HBO Max in the few hours after its Jan. 15 premiere (Nielsen’s weekly rankings cut off at the end of the night on Sundays). That equates to about 2.79 million HBO Max accounts watching the 80-minute episode. HBO said the first-night total for the show on all platforms was 4.7 million viewers, so HBO Max accounted for at least 59 percent of that total — and likely more, given the probability that...
