An interesting plot but some scenes drags too long. Perhaps a stage play, perhaps a short film script, whatever it was planned in the beginning, it wasn't planned to be a featured movie and it shows despite the enthusiasm.
After a drunk car accident, Kaoru has lost her will to write and is in dept. Then the deceased son Ryuhei arrives to collect the fine. But it turns out they a both writers, and Ryuhei get a great idea that they should collaborate. She writes he sell. But what she doesn't know is Ryuhei is seduced by the editor Yuriko, by seduction Ryuhei agrees to take full credit and betray Kaoru which ends in tragedy.
An interesting idea but too short script that force the director to drag too long on some dialog scenes, the acting is good eventhough the Ryuhei actor is a little bit too old for the role and the wig and makeup is not helping.
I can't give this more then 5/10 even if I want but who knows time will tell.
