I truly love this show. It is mindless entertainment and I am here for it. Rex makes the show what it is for sure. I love the relationship between him and Charlie. It really does feel real
What I dont care for is how the chief Donavan is being portrayed. He is so unbelievable in his role. His pathetic dating stories, now the stage acting that he brings to work. I just find it highly problematic. It takes away a little from the show when you cant take the boss seriously. Or perhaps he is just a bad actor. I honestly cant decide.
Jessie is supposed to be the "funny" one so I dont see why they make Donavan act the way he does.
