Am so sorry to see this wonderful series end. In my opinion, it was vastly under-rated.
This episode was a particularly great one because we see that voting for entertainment awards not only depends on the performance itself, but rather the emotional, psychological and backstage happenings which allow for the justification of why certain people win the awards and others do not.
Both Derek and Jimmy fess up in the end to the guys they really are and they do an admirable job in doing so.
Both Karen and Ivy are competitors to the very end, but seem to each a rapprochement in their relationship with their final song together.
