Hope it it gets continued

It's great. I love the characters (especially the purple rabbit thing, I can't remember his name), the story, and the animation. One thing I will say is that it isn't a great show to watch at 1 am (like I did) or if you aren't extremely positive. The reason for that is because of Cane, the announcer with eyeballs in his mouth. I know he's supposed to be energetic but it just comes off as annoying and loud. One last thing I will say is how I love how Pomine will never accept that it isn't a dream because that is exactly how most people in the audience would react to. I don't know I just love when shows / movies do that. Long story short would recommend, just not late at night.

The Pretty Okay Digital Circus
coraconverse1 January 2024
Honestly, the title sums it up. TADC is a good pilot-interesting characters, a fun idea, an animation style that I personally like, and amazing VAs. Overall, the pilot is pretty good, and I would definitely recommend giving it a watch.

However, notice I said "give it a watch", not "give it a watch and you'll like it". Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's bad, because it's not. I am however saying that at least for me, it doesn't live up to the hype. The plot's main mystery was resolved instantly, many of the jokes didn't really land, and the idea feels underutilized. It doesn't feel like comedic digital horror, it just feels like a fun, wacky project on Youtube. That's not a bad thing at all, but as the title says, it's not amazing like everyone on the face of the Internet claims, just pretty good.

Overall, good show, but pretty overrated IMO.

very good but a bit overhyped
x-82116-4272616 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The characters are amazing and i love how it mixes dark tones and comedy, a example of a dark part: pomni running through exit door and slowly going crazy. An example for comedy: cinger screaming to bubble You parasite!. It is overhyped and im scared it will become welcome home 2,0, but im really exited for what is to come. Ok a bit about the plot points i liked, kaufmo being reveald as completly insane, the escalator scene, the whacky watch ad, the exit door scene and the intro and outro. The music is delightful and i really reccomend and want it to be on Netfix. I hope for new episodes soon.

Super cool for a comedy horror!!
Ieatkidsforaliving14 October 2023
I loved the pilot; I hope more episodes release soon!! I feel like some parts could've been revealed in a later timing but that is probably just the fun, I really did like the new episode aside from that stuff! I otherwise absolutely loved Pomni, she is so CUTEE!! Ragatha is also a cool character not to mention. Can't believe this is a super duper fun psychological horror, at all costs I loved this, and I predict it will go uphill!! (I just hope the fandom doesn't become Welcome Home 2.0...) But anyways I loved every minute and I was super invested in this, whoever made this show must be super talented by the way!

Amazing story, comedy gold.
beatrizcarrillo-435715 November 2023
The story is really original and the comedy is just good. I would really recommend watching this if you like creepy but not creepy stuff at the same time. The characters are also really well introduced and used throughout the episode, each one's personality being unique and very well showed. And the comedy is just funny and makes you like the characters even more. On top of that, the Lore is interesting and the references are nicely executed. It's also fun to find every little detail because there are so many! The Amazing Digital Circus is one of the best if not the best show I've seen all year!

To be honest, the first episode of THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS was really amazing!
gianinanechifor28 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The first episode was really cool. 9.90/10 for the graphics and 10/10 for the producer's ideea.

The start was funny because the mouth with eyes and body (CAINE) was start talking 2 seconds after the disappearence of the title ,, THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS".

The episode was really an amazing episode.

The mame POMNI for the woman was so funny! I couldn't stop laughing at that scene.

But the funniest part was when CAINE said:

-What do you think about XDDCC?

That was so, so, so funny!

I don't know If the second episode was realised, but If was really realised i didn't watch it.

I just hope the next episode will be just like this one.

A good pilot that delivers in every way.
giuliobalsamo14 October 2023
I don't how this was made or in what kind of world the writer of this series was when he made this but i love it. This pilot always hits and never misses and just like Murder Drones, this will be a new hit and it has proof to keep it a real statement. In every way possible, this shows isn't only wonderful to look at but it is also one of the scariest things i have ever seen since Calls on Apple TV. The monsters, the story, the theme of paranoia and depression, and the intense moments are all handled so well that you can't help but feel something and that things is shivers and boy did they give them good to me. I won't say any more, otherwise i'll ruin the experience. Go watch it right now, you won't regret it. GIVE ME MORE EPISODES OF THIS, I NEED THEM!

Was not expecting that!
thb-8353010 November 2023
Wow. My 12yo told me to check this out - said it's the funniest thing out there right now. Well, was hooked fairly quickly and the more I watched it the more I related to the characters. I kept thinking they all reminded me of someone in my life past + present. Then I thought I was one of the characters, but then I thought I was another one. So I figured who ever made this is around my age bc of the little side jokes they flash in there. Lots of ASMR moments. It was a cool psychological entertaining factor and I'm not sure that was even on purpose. Worth a watch- looking forward to more episodes.

The name is almost true.
mylesalanbar8 November 2023
When I first watched this pilot, I fell in love pretty quickly, but I also instantly had some gripes that prevented it from being The AMAZING Digital Circus, and instead just being The Pretty Good Digital Circus. There are some jokes that I thought fell pretty flat, which is natural for any series, but when a show is so dependent on humor as this one, you want to make absolutely sure that as few jokes miss as possible. While some jokes made me have to stop for a moment to catch my breath, some had me rolling my eyes in a full 360 degree rotation. I absolutely loved each and every character, from the mentally unstable Kinger to the endearing jackass Jax, but I really hated the secondary antagonist for this pilot. Something about her, from her voice to her design, just made me feel uncomfortable. But overall, the show has the makings of something great, it just needs some improvement to really get there.

High expectations, was still blown away
kojicmateja17 October 2023
I've been keeping track of TADC for a while now, so going in I had already expected it to be great. I finished the episode, and was still completely amazed at how stellar the entire thing was. The animation and character designs are without a doubt the shows best aspects, and while the writing and dialogue is a bit iffy at times, the show makes up for it with its humor and jokes, especially with Kinger, an old lunatic who's just a joy to watch.

The music was also fantastic, as I constantly revisit the main theme every now and then, not to mention the ending orchestra. I'd go as far to say this is Glitchs best show yet, and there wasn't a single scene where it felt boring. All I can say is, it's an amazing start to a Hopefully just as good series. I'm looking forward to see what else it has in store. 10/10.

Different, but not there.
hassannaima-557148 November 2023
The show isn't that bad, really it has a very good idea. Though the show just doesn't execute it really well, the show follows a certain trend of many Youtube web series. It attempts to appeal only one group, and it does and that's why it has some 10/10 ratings. Though, it doesn't appeal to other groups, the shows comedy is really bad in the first half, but becomes better afterwards. The same is with the voice acting, firstly it's horrible, later it's become better.

It drives you away before you even start it, the more you dive into Digital Circus more interesting it gets. The voice acting is good with some characters, though doesn't fit the others.

The soundtrack is the good at certain times, specially near the end.

Another comment is about the shows focus on each characters mental health, they use their mental health status as a comedic joke in some occasions. It's a form of comedy i cannot relate too.

My experience was a 6/10.

My favorite web show
This series doesn't surpass Murder Drones, but it seems to have a great mystery story, the characters are charismatic, apart from Jax... I hate him, but it's also an excellent design and the animation is beautiful, it's stylized, but hopefully this series doesn't do Murder Drones, it's behind with The release of the episodes, well the story seems to be good and mysterious, well, it just needs to have more character origins and some scenes are, I don't know, unnecessary, but it's not much more, let's see what the glitch and goosework have to show, well, hopefully it won't be bad ... one more problem here with the release date, I thought Murder Drones ep7 would arrive on Friday the 13th but ep7 might come out in December.

A Whimsical Journey Through the Digital Realm
fydqswf16 March 2024
Warning: Spoilers
The Amazing Digital Circus" is a groundbreaking indie animation that has taken the internet by storm. With its vibrant visuals and a compelling narrative, it has quickly become a fan favorite, amassing over 100 million views in just a few weeks1.

The show follows Pomni, a young woman who finds herself trapped in a bizarre digital carnival, alongside a cast of once-human characters. They are at the mercy of Caine, a ringleader AI with a penchant for the whimsical and the macabre. The series is a blend of humor and darkness, with a central mystery that keeps viewers eagerly anticipating each new episode1.

The animation quality is stellar, with character designs that are both charming and haunting. The pilot episode introduces us to a world that is both familiar and fantastical, setting the stage for a story that is as much about personal trauma as it is about the surreal experiences of its characters2.

"The Amazing Digital Circus" is not just an animation; it's an experience. It's a testament to the creativity and passion of its creators, and a beacon for indie productions everywhere. If you're looking for a show that is funny, dark, imaginative, and full of potential, look no further. This digital circus is truly amazing.

You there! Before scrolling to the low reviews!
HawloKnight5 March 2024
Just here to let you know that you NEED to watch this! Great animation, great plot, and eventually more to come. It's definitely one of the best animated shows I've seen in a while. And to think that this was produced by a small indie animation company is amazing! There's also cool merch!

Now, addressing the title, a lot of people look at the surface of this show and say it's bad. And that's far from true. The main reason people assume it's bad is the sheer amount of content farms. Just a reminder that these are NOT official, and every popular franchise gets the YouTube kids treatment (and I very badly want to remove them from my memory. Parents, monitor what your kids watch). Another common complaint is the animation. Remember that this isn't Disney, they don't have as big of a budget. For what it is, it's actually really good.

Long story short, go watch it, it's good. Don't listen to the people that assume it's bad because of cheap channels milking its reputation.

The Amazing Digital Circus
lavallionjds12 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I am digging this show so far. It's like if you combined The Shining, Beetlejuice, Ready Player One, and The Classic Mickey Mouse Cartoons. The cast is amazing and the animation is expressive. I also just want to congratulate Alex Rochon on going from a YouTuber who loves No More Heroes to getting a main role in this series. I also gotta love the characters. Caine is pretty Beetlejuice if he was played by Jim Carrey. This show gives me The Shining vibes by how Pomni is slowly losing her mind when in the digital circus. I also love the concept of abstracted creatures as someone who loves cosmic horrors. Definitely check this out.

The Amazing Digital Potential
tylevgd27 November 2023
Right off the bat, the pilot episode for The Amazing Digital Circus shows amazing potential for future episodes. Before I start praising all the little details in this show, I have to say a few things first.

First off, the soundtrack is amazing. Composed by Gooseworx (a famous YouTube channel who composes soundtracks and animates shows), the soundtrack for The Amazing Digital Circus is incredible. It doesn't necessarily overtake the show like some Christopher Nolan movies, but it does an amazing job at setting the mood for the show; Circus-Themed Digital Prison. And the main theme at the end does an incredible job at foreshadowing how much potential this show has. You just have to listen to it for yourself.

Secondly, the 3D animation is surprisingly well made. The style of the show is "digital", and the details in this show don't necessarily lean towards realism, but a virtual reality game. Each of the characters have their own unique design and interaction with other objects. And the whole thing fits together nicely with a cartoonish yet "trapped" aesthetic.

And finally, the plot is upfront but incredibly well executed. The pilot episode takes advantage of the 26 minute run-time to the most extent. It shows every character's usual mood individually throughout the entirety of the show. Where you can basically relate to how they're feeling. It's almost like the Pixar movie Inside Out, where the characters each have different emotions individually, yet a potential "backstory" behind them. Every character has the same level of screen-time and importance, including the main character. Along with the 26 minutes of run-time, its plot is very interesting and explains a lot of The Circus's history. The characters are introduced at the beginning of the show, and the main setting is shown after. Then there's a main character conflict, then a problem, rising action, and climax, with a beautifully executed resolution. There isn't anything that's left out that doesn't have a suspenseful effect, big and small details alike. You can watch this pilot episode over and over and still find new details in the background. The premise of the plot is explained very well by the characters and the setting alike. It's not all explained in only dialogue.

There are some things wrong with this show though. The main character, Pomni, doesn't really seem like the main character at times. However, I'll give some leeway because she is confused constantly in the show, so she goes along with what everyone else is doing.

Although the pilot episode and the series as a whole may not be enjoyed by everyone, its visuals and plot can be appealing for every age. The potential of this show truly expresses how anyone can show their levels of creativity through film without being a well renowned movie director.

Love it
rxxwdnzgct21 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
It is a good show that shows how psychological torture can affect you. The show is a little disturbing, but I like it nonetheless. Pomni goes through some exit doors, that explains psychological torture, and how you can get trapped in your head. She thinks she's in a dream, and should play along. But it's not a dream it's her mind. This is a good show if you have experienced psychological trauma, because the show sets in the mind of a person who has experienced that trauma. My favorite part is when Pomni goes through the exit doors. And again the show is very good. I'm watching the show again as I type this out. But love the show.

Unveiling the Marvels of a Dark Comedy Gem
Sareza0010 December 2023
Diving headfirst into a world teased by memes, I discovered more than a passing trend; it was a true masterpiece. This creation seamlessly weaves together music, animation, visuals, character designs, and a plot that left me utterly captivated.

The revelation of its dark comedy classification added a layer of unpredictability, blending humor and darkness in a way I never expected. The studio's dedication to crafting this multifaceted experience was evident, resulting in an extraordinary viewing adventure.

The musical score synchronized flawlessly with the narrative, enriching the overall experience. The animation showcased craftsmanship that elevated storytelling, and character designs not only pleased the eye but played pivotal roles in conveying plot intricacies.

This venture surpassed my initial expectations, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. Its well-deserved popularity speaks volumes about the collaborative effort invested in its creation. Heartfelt thanks to the studio for an incredible journey that left an indelible mark on my appreciation for the medium. Every second was a genuine pleasure.

*holds up spork*
throwaway-1149623 November 2023
From the opening sequence, this show is overwhelming. Its target audience is a generation who spent entirely too much time in front of screens and not enough time around other humans and as a result, have stunted development and non-existent attention spans. This thing is essentially a baby cartoon with "dark" themes. Everyone's movements and speech are turned to 11 like Barney.

The humor in the show is non-existent. It essentially boils down to "haha we're cRaZy" and bonking people on the head. Remember the troll face memes? The "I can haz cheeseburger" memes? This is what that show is.

The characters are 1-dimensional, all seeming like different aspects of a single person rather than people with different aspects.

You know the people that wrote this thing: fingerless gloves, fedora, colored hair, hasn't showered in a while, talks in cartoon voices, solely consumes Markiplier and anime, mind of a 9 year old.

I had seen the reviews and thought this show would be something fresh and would give a laugh. Instead, I saw some sort of awful amalgamation of all the worst parts of internet culture and children's cartoons over the last decade.

If you have ADHD/that version of autism that's caused by your mom keeping you in your room and ignoring you while you raise yourself on YouTube and video games so that you have no idea how to talk to other human beings without making them uncomfortable, a mind rotted by overstimulation and a lack of attention and socialization, you will love this show. If you're looking for something with any sort of depth, something different, skip this.

Warning: Spoilers
So, I was scrolling on TikTok and I kept seeing videos about this show. And without even watching it I was like "What's so good about it, it's just new." But then today I decided to be the judge of that and OH. MY. GOD. ITS SO GOOD. When I first saw the animation I was already blown away. The plots perfect, the VAs did a great job. And props to whoever composed the music for the show. I really like the story of Pomni who appears to be stuck in a digital world and has a headset on. The story is really creative and I do hope more will be coming in the near future. I love every single bit of it. And Jax is my favorite character, he's funny and sassy. And overall, a big FAT 10/10!!! And whoever hasn't watched it yet and are having 2nd thoughts about it, I definitely recommend!

Grotesque, in a good way !!
aurelienalfredpardon11 January 2024
Have you ever heard of the grotesque in art?

Perfectly mastered by Gooseworkx (creator of THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS), it's ideal for provoking unease in viewers, and it's perfectly at home in this animation which, under the guise of childlike nostalgia, aims to plunge us into psychological horror.

The design of Cain, the ringmaster of this wacky circus, with a head that's nothing more than a giant denture topped with two bulging eyes, will disgust you, but the frenetic pace won't give you time to get emotional. And that's just as well! Because the pace contributes to our disorientation and therefore to the general feeling of unease. Something's wrong, you might say, but you'd be hard-pressed to say what, because it's subtly distilled right up to the climax. If the scenario isn't very original, the unique and colorful characters hit the nail on the head.

Entertaining and out of the ordinary, this little gem has become youtube's most viewed independent animation.

I can only applaud it and look forward to the sequel.

Pretty well done, especially for an indie studio.
yuuichirio28 January 2024
I absolutely loved it's pilot, and it's an amazing feat from an indie animation studio. The amazing digital circus is an dark comedy, that I can see go very far. Well written and colourful characters, interesting plot, great animation, cool and unique character designs... It has it all. Though this show probably won't be everyone's cup of tea, it'll certainly pave the way for future indie animators, and inspire many who dream of being one. It has its flaws here and there, but it's nothing that'll affect the story to the majority. So unless you're a more experienced watcher, it'd say it's barely noticably. So I would say it's worth the watch if you're into dark comedy.

Let's Get Right Into the Show!
colakittykatsu7 December 2023
This web series is very tragic and surreal at the same time. However, it does have that circus-like feel with being dragged into the crazy antics the characters get into. I really do like despite being TV-PG, the characters' swearing is censored in a creative way. There's also such a likeable cast of characters that make you want to watch this series more. However, the series was left on such a cliffhanger and I would like to know what happens next. The surreal horror makes me want to watch this more, despite not being a fan of the genre. I would recommend this to horror geeks/nerds and people who get nostalgic from looking at circuses.
