A fairly well-made fairy-tale like TV movie where love triumphs over avarice. The story of the rich peasant Zhrnaj who decides to marry the shepherdess of the geese only because she does not eat and feeds only on the air from the wooden pillar. It is quite funny story how poor workers outwit possessive peasant and make him kind man. Nice songs and dances diversify and supplement plain story. Production is only television and almost all atmosphere is created by actors. But Vlado Müller is great actor who proves his abilities to play dramatic and comical roles too. His parner Zuza Kronerová acts also very well.
