What a rollercoaster of an episode! This was the culmination of Gesichts story and the journey he has been on! It was such a treat to see his development as he gradualy becomes more human than machine!

This episode finally reveals what Pluto means as well as the possible identity of who is behind it all, including the identity of the killer robot!

The episode was intense as we knew something big was coming! Great action as well! Very well animated!

I didn't know a show about A. I and robots could ever feel so human, but that last part was some of the most beatifull and gut-wrenching i have seen for a while!

I can only recommend whatching this show! Exceptionel!

Heart wrenchingly good.

Warning: Spoilers
I never knew I could find joy outside of the shonen variant of anime, but I very ignorantly thought I needed constant battle animations of the highest quality to make anime entertaining. This was before I got to know Pluto and Gesichtes. An wonderfully written initially rather apathetic persona, transforms into one of the best empathic character evolution I have witnessed. His narrative and his own emotion make it hard to watch him die, having to watch his wife and Dr. Tenma mourn him (and Atom) straight after his death during the long awaited Japan trip. Was just very hard to watch, heart wrenching indeed.

This will got down as one of my favorite episodes and animes I've ever seen.

Goodbye Gesichtes, may there be flowers in AI heaven.

Impossible

It made me cry. Im a grown man, 31 years old going through a rough patch in life as my wife is diagnosed with advance stage cancer. Doctor are not saying good things about her treatment in two days she'll have her surgery done. I always thought erasing memory will be a bliss, but the way this episode changed my mind is truly exceptional. The writing, music, animation everything in this episode was top notch. I never thought a anime about robots can make us feel more humane then we already are. This awakened some unexplored emotions within me which I'm not able to process right now.

I don't want to lose my pluto or gesicht.
