Sex & Nudity

  • Naked dummies are seen, some monsters are visibly naked, but it's far from being graphic.

Violence & Gore

  • Sort of another version of the horror game outlast. Just not as profane and violent, though this game is still incredibly violent.
  • An absolute gorefest, with blood and organs staining the environment and killing monsters which is often bloody and intense.
  • There's a lot of blood.
  • There is a blood on the walls and the ground most of the time.
  • Dead bodies can be seen on the ground, on some places they're hanged.
  • Corpses and zombies can be burned, sometimes if they're not dead, they scream in agony when burning. Only a pile of ash is left of them.
  • Players can dismember the zombies with guns or melee weapons.

Profanity

  • Sebastian says some profanity during the game but not often.
  • Occasional uses of "shit" and "damn". Rare uses of "fuck". Overall, the profanity isn't too frequent.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Sebastian castellanos uses a medical syringe to heal himself, if he applies the whole dose can perceive itself a heavy drug effect.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • This is a extremely gory game.
  • The game has an extremely nightmarish and disturbing atmosphere. The bizarre enemies and gore enhances the game's eerie ambiance.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Not that scary, it is incredibly intense, especially the chase scene at the beginning where a guy with a chainsaw, chases you and you have to try to escape. You also have to try to sneak through a room with him in it.
